Doosan Corporation Electro-Materials (DSE) began developing its global ERP system last June, and is planning to complete the 1st phase of development targeting its domestic subsidiaries from next April. After completing the 2nd phase system expansion targeting overseas subsidiaries next year, the related ERP system will begin operating in January 2013. Upon replacing the ERP system with an entirely new one, DSE introduced the SAP ERP package.

DSE chose the SAP ERP System to observe the ERP package standardization policy of Doosan Corporation. The separate ERP systems of each subsidiary will be merged to create a single system as the requirements related to global business management and overseas exports increase.
